1. Overview At Mosebo Design Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality design, print, and signage solutions. We strive for customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our services, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Custom design services, branding, and digital products are non-refundable once work has commenced or final files have been delivered.
Printed materials and signage are eligible for returns or reprints only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Mosebo Design Studio.
If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, clients must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Errors in artwork provided by the client (e.g., low-resolution images, incorrect colors, spelling mistakes) do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
3. Process for Returns & Reprints
Clients must submit a request via email at: support@mosebostudio.co.za with order details and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review the request and determine eligibility for a reprint or refund.
If approved, reprints will be prioritized and processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if Mosebo Design Studio is unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be considered for projects that have started but not been completed.
5. Cancellations
Design projects can be canceled before work begins, with a refund minus any administrative or consultation fees.
Print and signage orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
